• Towing Connections, Draw Bars, Draw Beams, and Tow Bars:  New installations and re-certifications of existing connections. Repairs and tow eye replacement.
• Load Anchor Point Installation
• Chasis Modifications: Wheelbase modifications or suspension installation.
• Chassis Repairs: Corrosion or crack repairs completed by certified welders.
• Body Building: Truck decks, transporter decks, and tipping bodies. New builds or modifications.
• Heavy Vehicle Specialist Certification (LT400): We have qualified in-house Heavy Vehicle Specialist Certification staff to perform assessment, design, inspection and final sign off.

Authorised Hiab and Zepro Service Agent

In addition to our extensive engineering services, we are also an authorised service agent for Hiab and Zepro. This means you can rely on us for expert maintenance, repair, and support for your Hiab cranes and Zepro tail lifts, ensuring they perform at their best.

At ITSS Engineering, we proudly serve as the Original Equipment Manufacturer for Smart Dig and are the exclusive provider of repairs and services for Smart Dig equipment.

We design and build a range of Hydro Excavators and Vacuum Loading Trucks, tailored for both local and international markets. Our collaboration with Smart Dig and their customers has led to the creation of units that are safe, operator-friendly, reliable, and efficient ensuring they perform at their best.
